Since we mentioned Kool Aid in a previous entry I though we'd also give the classic program's competitor a little look see as well. Of course, I am talking about Hawaiian Punch which tasted a lot better than Kool Aid probably because it has more sugar. Oh, and those Hawaiian Punch commercials...they were interesting to say the least. I mean, would this be considered politically correct today: Here is a full length 1970's era Hawaiian Punch commercial. Dig those cool fat cans. Do they even make them anymore? Remember the can openers used to open the cans? Sheesh...how many years have passed now?
