If you want to learn about the foils of Jimmy Carter probably the best condensed version can be found in the brilliant Paradox Press publication "The Big Book of the 1970's." Actually, I recommend every book in the "Big Book" series as they are quite excellent. Anyway, in my search for classic presidential promos I can up surprisingly nil on locating the "sing a long" Jimmy Carter campaign spot from 1976, but I did find a few other campaign ads...and...oh boy...whoever produced them should have been fired because these are among the most dull television promos I have ever seen. These are hardly the type of television commercials that would inspire high voter turnout. But, they are provided here out of posterity.
