Superhero cartoons are a fixture on television today and they pretty much have been for decades although there will be a lull here and there. While a number of excellent series play forever in reruns there will the those series that seemingly fall under the radar and disappear. The cool Thing and Fantastic Four cartoons of the late 1970's along with the excellent Batman/Bat Mite series of the same era are never shown anymore and this is a huge shame. Also seeming ignored are the excellent DC Comics' Filmation series from the late 1960's. These were excellent cartoons that were a joy to watch back in the UHF syndication days of old.
