Here is some news regarding the program Law and Order. It looks like there will be a spin-off of the series that will b set in London entitled (appropriately) Law and Order: London.  If there was one thing that never ceases to amaze me is how often a television series will always mine the "go to London" plot. The Munsters did it with the film Munsters Go Home. The classic 1980's series Family Ties went there (and notoriously bad driver Valerie became an excellent driver because they drive on 'the wrong side of the road there.' ha ha ha. What brilliant wit and great writing). Adam West's Batman had a three part special there. The once well written Facts of Life saw a trip to London just at the point when the series started to nosedive into the abysmal. I am sure I am missing a few series here in there as I am sure the list of "goes to London" plot device (scam) never gets old or tired. Actually, it does...but they recycle it anyway.
